On receipt of your order goods are usually despatched within 24 hrs UK only. (Bank holidays excepted).
You must indicate when placing an order your preference for recorded delivery or free shipping, UK only,which is UK First/second class post.
The company (Natures Garden) will not be held responsible/liable for goods delayed or lost in transit.
Ensure the correct postal address is given otherwise you may be subject to charges incurred for re-direction.

Faulty/damaged goods You have the right to return all faulty/ damaged goods, you must inform us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
All faulty/damaged goods returned must be accompanied with original packaging for inspection.
When we are satisfied that your claim is valid, the goods will be replaced or your credit/debit card will be refunded including postage incurred, or a credit note given (gift certificate awarded to the total sum) whichever your preference.

Cooling off period You have 7 days within which to cancel and return your order (Essential oils unopened). Goods already received by you must be returned within this period, unopened and in original packaging, on receipt of the goods and when found to be in perfect condition your account, credit/ debit card will be refunded or a credit note given (gift certificate awarded to the total sum) whichever preference.

Unwanted/incorrectly ordered You have 7 days within which to return unwanted/ incorrectly ordered goods (Essential oils unopened) but you must inform the company by tel. or email to receive authorisation.
You will be responsible for the returns postage. On receipt of these goods your account/credit/debit card will be refunded.
All returned goods in this particular respect must be in perfect order, unopened and in original packing.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation by Natures Garden.

We hope you will enjoy your shopping experience with us, but in the event of any complaint received in whatever form, the Company (Natures Garden) will endeavour to resolve the issues raised within 5 days in a suitable manner acceptable to all.
